Your Questions, Answered

  • Ayahuasca is a traditional Amazonian plant medicine that has been used for centuries for healing, insight, and spiritual connection. The ceremonies are held with deep respect for the lineage and guided in a safe, intentional, and supportive container.

  • No prior experience is required. This retreat is open to both first-time and experienced participants. Thorough preparation materials are provided to ensure you arrive informed, grounded, and supported.

  • Preparation is an integral part of the experience. Once registered, guests receive detailed guidance around diet, lifestyle, mindset, and intentions to help prepare physically, emotionally, and energetically for the retreat. We are always available via call, text or email for questions as they arise as well.

  • Integration is just as important as the ceremonies themselves. Guests receive structured post-retreat integration support to help make sense of their experiences and weave insights into daily life in a grounded, sustainable way. As a group, we will also have continued integration calls in the months to come following the retreat.

  • Safety is a top priority. The retreat is facilitated with care, experience, and clear protocols. Screening processes are in place, and guests are supported throughout every stage of the journey.
